Accredion Qualis operates as an impartial third-party certification body. Certification decisions are protected from conflicts of interest and from any influence that could compromise objectivity.

Statement
Top Management of ScudoCyber Solutions Private Limited understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out Accredion Qualis's management-system certification activities, manages conflicts of interest and ensures the objectivity of these activities.
Scope of impartiality
- Certification activities are structurally and financially separated from any activity that could compromise the objectivity of the certification decision.
- Auditors, technical reviewers and certification decision-makers are subject to defined restrictions on other services they may provide to the same client on the same certified scope.
- Marketing and sales activities do not participate in certification decisions.
Identification and treatment of impartiality risks
- A documented risk analysis is performed at least annually and whenever a change in activities, relationships or personnel could affect impartiality.
- Identified risks are recorded, ranked and mitigated. Residual risks are reviewed by the Impartiality Committee.
- Findings from complaints, appeals and internal audits feed the impartiality risk register.
Impartiality Committee
The Impartiality Committee is independent of Accredion Qualis's operational management. It has authority to:
- Review and advise on the impartiality risk analysis and mitigations.
- Access all documentation necessary to fulfil its role.
- Report to top management on impartiality matters, and to external parties where necessary to protect impartiality.
- Take independent action if top management does not respect impartiality safeguards.
Committee membership is balanced across interests — including clients, users of certified organizations, industry associations, and independent professionals.
Financial impartiality
Accredion Qualis does not accept payment or benefit conditional on a certification outcome. Auditor remuneration is not linked to the number of nonconformities raised or not raised, nor to the certification decision.
