A publicly documented, impartial process for raising concerns about Accredion Qualis certification decisions, auditor conduct, or the conduct of a certified client.
Any expression of dissatisfaction relating to activities of Accredion Qualis or a certified client — including doubts about a certified client's conformity to the standard.
A request for reconsideration of a certification decision that adversely affects the applicant or certified client — for example a certificate not granted, suspended or withdrawn.

Within 3 working days of receipt, in writing, with a case reference number.
Within 10 working days — a check that the matter is within scope and that we have sufficient information to investigate. If not, we request clarification.
Assigned to a person independent of the original activity being complained about. Investigation may include interviews, review of audit records, and a site visit if warranted.
Communicated in writing within 90 calendar days of admissibility (extended only in exceptional circumstances, with reasons communicated). Decision includes findings, remedy (if any) and reasoning.
If unsatisfied with the outcome, you may request further review by the Impartiality Committee, whose decision is final within our internal process.
All complaints and appeals — and their resolutions — are recorded and analysed for trends. Anonymized summaries are reviewed by the Impartiality Committee.
