Accredion Qualis certification fees are transparent and based on published rules — not on the certification outcome.

How our fees are structured

Annual surveillanceApprox. one-third of Stage 2 mandays, annually for years 1 and 2
Recertification (year 3)Approx. two-thirds of the initial Stage 2 mandays
Special / short-notice auditsSame daily rate; travel and expenses at cost
Scope extension / transferAuditor-day rate applied to the delta only
Financial basis Accredion Qualis certification activities are funded entirely by fees charged to applicants and certified clients for the specific services listed above. No fees are contingent on the outcome of certification, and no financial incentive is offered to auditors that could affect the objectivity of their findings.

Payment terms

Taxes and out-of-pocket expenses

All fees are exclusive of applicable indirect taxes. Reasonable travel, accommodation and communication expenses required for on-site audits are billed at actual cost, itemized on each invoice.
